Definitely on my post Xmas list! As a big fan of Lion Rampant etc I am really looking forward to seeing how this compares with Chosen Men and Sharp Practice 2.

Me to, rather attracted to AWI.
I wondered a bit about the price tag...

I have a small number of French Indian War figures but in 15mm

Osprey rules like this are normally around £11.95 rrp but can be bought from certain well known on line retailers for quite a bit less so hopefully it will be the same good value.
I have played Muskets and Tomahawks (sadly out of print) using 28mm but I think 15mm would work very well for this type of rules and after playing a couple of games of Rise and Fight Again - Bunker Hill with Nige I am already looking at 15mm AWI figures. Oooh shiny new toys!

Many thanks to both Andy and John for highlighting these links. I am a big fan of Lion Rampant and other variants so this is a must buy item.
Just need to find a John Wayne figure and Alamo here I come!

Brilliant! Thanks John.
To be honest, with so many great plastics out there I wonder why anyone buys metals.

Somewhat strangely, I received notification that my copy of the rules were available for collection on Friday gone. I picked them up yesterday.
My main problem is which conflict to delve into (and what scale I suppose).
What are others considering?

Still waiting for my copy to arrive.
Will need to read through the possible options before deciding but I would be open to 15mm, 20mm or 28mm. Ideally I’d like to be able to use figures I already have rather than having to buy more.

I have French and British forces in 15mm for the French Indian Wars. Half painted by me twenty years ago and i need a few extra figures to round off the units. Not sure how to base the figures either but it is a beginning.
