I know I’m getting on and not so up to date with stuff, but I’ve only just heard about Warhammer the Old World. So, it will be back to square bases and ranked units.
Although probably about a year away it does give me the potential dig out my Goblins, Undead, Dwarves, Chaos Warriors/Orcs and Empire once more.
Cheers

A wonderful trip down memory lane. The site seems to be to work of 1 fanatical Scandinavian.

Hi John, been following the old world since it got mentioned on the Warhammer community page. I am interested in it but my concern is that it will be under Forge World which means the rules lasts a lot longer but it's all about the Miniatures which would probably be a very high price. Here's a YouTube channel which you might find interesting.

I’ve been getting my fix from Mountain Miniatures (25) Mountain Miniatures - YouTube
Fortunately I have a number of quiet substantial armies and probably will not be adding to them. That said, you will note from Mountain Miniatures that AoS figures are used…
I’ll take a look at NIC. Thanks for the heads up Dave.
