Bristol Big'Uns / Hot Tap Left Running in the Toilet - turn it off!

The cleaner found the hot tap in the gents toilet had been left on all night last night. This is the second time it’s happened on a Sunday night in the last six weeks. I think we will have to change the taps to ones that only stay on for a limited period. In the meantime could you ask your members to be more careful, the boiler will have been running all night to keep the water hot.

I believe that as part of the hiring agreement the person locking up is charged with checking the premises, in its entirity, are secure and empty.

This may have become lost over time.
