Picked up a copy of Wargames Illustrated today with one of the Warlord Games plastic ship sprues attached.
Two boats per sprue. Nice detail and very easy to put together.
The "Narrow Seas" battles have always interested me.

Which ones did you get Andy?
My Mrs picked me up a copy on the weekend and I now have a couple of nice German boats to paint up :0).

I may have accidentally bought two copies - oops - so I have both British and German.
Need to do some research on colours/camo or were they all just "grey" ?

I may pick up the full game but that will need to wait until after Christmas.

There are some painting guides on YouTube but include painting the faces and life jackets on the crew!

Alternatively the Osprey Duel 34 E-Boat vs MTB is very good and has colour illustrations of both types of craft. It can be bought on line from Books etc for £7.71 post free.

It certainly looks like a fun game.

Rob, NorthStar have the Cruel Seas sets listed on their website.
Would they be available to purchase via your good self?

Chatting with the guys at Lincombe Barn yesterday mention was made of a 10 page errata document for this rule set.

Cheers

Thanks John. Bit disappointing that such a new set of rules needs an errata document so early but at least they are addressing the issues I suppose.
